Microsoft Open DevCon was free and brought a whole new exciting experiencing for Open Source community around Microsoft’s tools & technologies supporting Open Source stack.
What was there to learn?
At this OpenDev Con developers community had learned about additions to Visual Studio family to help them build state of the art solutions using Open Source stack they love. They had also learned how to build smartphone apps for Android or iPhone using Visual Studio tools for Apache Cordova.
The Microsoft Open DevCon was a great place to get started with Microsoft Azure Open development platform or to learn what’s new with the latest Microsoft Visual Studio features.
